what a great week-end we've had ........
beautiful weather although a little windy at times....we had a sausage sizzle at cannon hill....a really big thank-you to all of you who helped out.... it was a great fund raiser for our club .....it was good to see lots of children and their parents having a fun time... on offer was....face painting, a jumping castle, candy floss, macdonalds farm with all the cute baby animals, and of course our sausage sizzle, which included, sausages,bacon,cheese and onions all on beautiful fresh bread .......yummy.....and cold drinks to wash it down with.... what a fantastic week-end.......... |

what an awesome turn out on friday night thanks to all of you who came along ...to help mama renes with feeding the homeless, ..the hot food looked scrumptious and smelt fabulous also the fresh fruit and veges and other staple foods were really appreciated by over a hundred (more like 200 people) there, thank-you john and the mama renes team.........
we also had some guys there play ing guitars and singing ...this really helped create a truly wonderful atmosphere ..... we also gave out heaps of blankets which were gratefully received by the people who have none or not enough in this cold weather .... the crowd seems to be growing every week so it just shows how many people out there really do need the help.... again thank-you all ... |
